Coach Orszulak will start his summer running for any cross country athlete on in July.  The athletes meet on the steps in front of the basketball gym, facing montwood street.  The schedule is listed below..

Monday           7pm

Tuesday           7pm meet at park across from knolls school

Thursday       6:30pm pool run
